Welcome To 3206 Beach Patrol
3206 Beach Patrol is a community organisation founded in December 2009. Approaching 100 members the combined, voluntary efforts of the group have helped Middle and Albert Park Beach become cleaner and safer. Our clear
future objective is to further grow our member numbers and continue to help improve the condition of our beaches.
Members of 3206 Beach Patrol pick up and dispose of all types of rubbish. On the promenade and on the sand, from the stone wall to the edge of the water, we manually clean the beach in an effort to preserve and improve this environment we are so lucky to call home. 3206 Beach Patrol is here to stay and as member numbers grow, so too will the amount, depth and regularity of cleaning that our beaches receive. Our aim is to work
along side The City of Port Phillip to help provide for everyone a consistently clean and beautiful beach that genuinely reflects the environmental principles and awareness of our time.
3206 Beach Patrol members commit one hour of voluntary cleaning per month within their selected zone. All members are also invited to organised group cleans in the spring and summer that are followed by simple, good fun, social functions typically provided by our local sponsors. While participating in group cleans is not compulsory they have been very well frequented and it
is fantastic on these occasions to see great numbers of members, families and kids out on the beach wearing their red T’s and
helping the environment.
Membership is free and requires only one hour of your time each month so please sign up now
Lastly, we warmly welcome all other postcodes to join in the fun! We will happily
offer assistance to get your postcode up and running!!
