3206 Beach Patrol is an open team of local residents whose combined efforts will help Middle and Albert Park Beach, from Langridge Street to Kerferd Road Pier, become and remain, a truly clean, safe and world class beach for all to enjoy.

Members of the 3206 Beach Patrol will pick up and dispose of all types of rubbish, including cigarette butts. On the promenade and on the sand, from the stone wall to the waters edge, we will manually clean the beach to help expose the asset that it truly is. While working to assist the council, we do trust that the City of Port Phillip will soon impose a smoking ban on our beaches so that we too can all enjoy the enormous success of such policies, as already adopted by other iconic Australian beaches such as Bondi, Manly and Balmoral.

The 3206 Beach Patrol is here to stay ! As member numbers grow, so to will the amount, depth and regularity of cleaning that our beaches receive. Its is our sincere belief that in the near future locals and tourists alike will see, use and enjoy a beach that is totally clean and absolutely safe. A beautiful beach that genuinely reflects the environmental principles and awareness of 2010.
